A PMP-certified project and program management professional with graduate education in business and nursing, Sadie brings both strategic business understanding and hands-on operational leadership to complex initiatives.
Her professional background includes managing multiple acquisition integration initiatives across due diligence, transaction readiness, and post-close execution. She has led and coordinated cross-functional efforts involving technology, finance, operations, human resources, compliance, and external stakeholders to support successful organizational transitions.
Her experience also spans clinical research operations, healthcare technology implementations, and multi-study project delivery, including previous work supporting clinical research initiatives at Johnson & Johnson through a contracting engagement.
