Built on Experience.
Guided by Purpose.
An independent, founder-led consulting firm established to help organizations confidently navigate complex initiatives.
Strategy is the beginning.
Execution makes it real.
Business transitions rarely fit neatly within one team or function. They cross organizational boundaries, introduce competing priorities, and depend on decisions made by people with different perspectives.
Avara & Co. was established to bring structure to that complexity. We help define the work, create shared accountability, and coordinate the practical steps that connect strategic intent with execution.
Based in Northern Virginia and positioned to support organizations nationwide, including remotely, we offer a personally engaged alternative to a large-firm model. The founder leads the work, stays close to the details, and keeps business objectives in view.
A visual reflection of our approach: thoughtful, structured, and clear.
Rooted in values.
Looking forward.
The name Avara is inspired by Sadie's grandmother, affectionately known as Ava.
Her resilience, integrity, and determination left a lasting influence—a belief in showing up with purpose and doing work with care. Those values inform the firm: not as a story we lead with, but as a standard we work by.
